Coastal Depot charges a flat rate shipping for most items. All items will be shipped after payment is fully received and cleared. A Tracking number will be provided at this time. Customers may use the 'My Accounts' section to track the status of their order.
Coastal Depot must be notified within 24 hours after receipt of all damaged goods or shortages. We also guarantee against manufacturers defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery. All returns/exchanges must be made within this 30 day period and must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)! Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. To obtain an RMA, please contact us at Returns. Please include your name, the item, and the reason for the return. Note: Opened and/or used unsealed DVD's, CD's, and cartography are not returnable unless defective.
After the 30-day warranty period, all product returns must be handled by the respective manufacturer or warranty provider.
Shipping times are based on published FedEx Express Saver delivery schedules with the addition of 1 to 2 days for package handling time. FEDEX has also been experiencing unexpected shipping delays due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
All returned defective merchandise will be replaced or will be reimbursed for the original purchase price if a replace is not available. In the case of unwanted merchandise, shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will apply.
